Measurement Guide

​

1) Spread out your best-fitting old t-shirt on a flat surface.

2) Measure the distance between the armpits on one side and the armpits on the other side (as shown in the picture). This is the measurement of the chest.

3) Measure the length of the garment from the top of the shoulder next to the collar all the way down to the bottom.

4) COMPARE this measurement of your OLD TSHIRT to the above-mentioned t-shirt sizes.
