Return Policy

We do not keep stock on hand. All of our T-shirts are printed after you place your order with us. As a result, we DO NOT have a size exchange policy. A few other products like mugs, Customized T-shirts/Mugs, etc., are also not eligible for a refund or are non-returnable.

Please carefully check our size chart before placing an order with us to avoid any sizing issues.

PRO TIP: Please compare our size chart to any of your OLD TSHIRT to see which one fits you best. It will assist you in determining your t-shirt size. CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR YOU.

We only replace products if the customer receives damaged/incorrect products within 7 days of order delivery.

Just mail us a picture and order number of the same. CLICK HERE TO CONTACT US.  If found damaged/incorrect, we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

 

Please ensure that the product and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered when returning them.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order by sending us an email at dgshopee15@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. You can also get to it through My Account>>Support Us.

The order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from the warehouse. However, if the product(s) is found to be incorrect or damaged, you may request a return within 7 days of order delivery.

Things to Consider About

  • Customers are asked to review the size chart before placing their order.

  • The color of the product(s) may vary depending on the screen resolution of the customer.

  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number so that you can receive timely updates and have a better shopping experience.

  • We do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges.
