  • How do I know if my order was successful?
    After you place your order, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Details about your order can be found on the web under My Account/My Orders. Your registered email address will receive an email confirmation. Your registered mobile number will receive an SMS confirmation.
  • How do I return my product?
    We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong size. Please visit the size on the website before ordering T-shirts. A few other products like mugs, notebooks, etc are also non-returnable.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, We ship worldwide.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 4-5 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
  • Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
    Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
  • Can I cancel my Order?
    No. You cannot cancel your order once placed.
  • I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
    You can cancel your order by sending us an email at dgshopee15@gmail.com with an order invoice number within 24 hours of placing it. The order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped from the warehouse.
  • What happens if I type in the wrong address?
    If you provide us with the wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at dgshopee15@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address. But, if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
  • Taxes & Duties
    We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
    Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
  • How do I return the damaged or wrong item received?
    If you receive a damaged/incorrect product, just mail us a picture and order number of the same. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. Please ensure that the product and packaging are in the same condition as they were delivered when returning them.
  • I want to delete my account.
    Please write to us on the Contact Us page, and our customer care executive will help you resolve this. Please note with the deletion of your account, you will no longer claim your rewards points.
  • I attempted to complete a transaction, but it failed. What should I do?
    Don't worry if the money has been deducted from your bank or card; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days. Please wait a moment and try again, preferably with a different payment method. We accept the following payment methods: • Credit Card • Debit Card • Net Banking • UPI • PayPal
  • How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
    To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD), go to the payment page and select the Cash On Delivery option. Cash on Delivery is only available in certain pin codes and on certain products. If you choose the COD payment method, you will be charged a nominal cash collection fee of ₹50 on the total order value.
  • Do you offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 699?
    Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 699.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dgshopee15@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Do you offer custom t-shirts and coffee mugs?
    Yes, we offer both printed and custom t-shirts and coffee mugs.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by selecting the item you want, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping details and payment information.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI id, and cash on delivery.
  • What is the delivery charge for orders below Rs. 699?
    A delivery charge of Rs. 50 will be charged for cash on delivery orders below Rs. 699.
  • What is the dispatch time for orders?
    Our dispatch time is 0-2 days, after which the order will be shipped to you.
  • What is the transit time for orders?
    Our transit time is 4 to 5 days, after which the order will be delivered to you.
  • What is the total delivery time for orders?
    Our total delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, which includes dispatch and transit time.
